We would like to congratulate Amanda Resterer and Rebeka Chadwell on their recent certifications!
Congratulations to Amanda Resterer who is now a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association, the leading voice for the rental housing industry with over 82,000 members. The Washington Multi Family Housing Association is the Washington State Chapter of the NAA. The WA MFHA is a collection of over 182 property management companies and owners of multi-family properties with 1,791 apartment communities representing more than 270,000 apartment homes and 245 industry supply companies working together to promote and enrich the multi-family housing industry in Washington. CAM certification requires a minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience; successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours); and meeting all examination standards within 12 months of declaring candidacy.
Amanda has been a Property Manager for over 11 years and a valued team member with Son-Rise Property Management since 2018. Amanda specializes in the management of multi-unit properties and also has extensive experience with single-family dwellings.
Congratulations to Rebeka Chadwell for passing the Real Estate Licensing Exam and becoming a Property Manager for Son-Rise Property Management on June 1, 2021. In order to qualify to take the exam, Rebeka completed 90 hours of approved real estate education, which included 60 hours of Real Estate Fundamental and 30 hours of Real Estate Practices. Prior to becoming a Property Manager, Rebeka was the Front Desk Operations & Support Specialist at Son-Rise for three years.
